The Northern Premier 2 Men (“The Honeybadgers”) have won a thrilling division final at the National Hockey Stadium on Sunday against a strong Hutt United team. The close game ended 2-1 to the ‘Badgers.

After a long drive up on Friday Night to New Plymouth the boys had little sleep then got up to play 4 games the next day, winning them all. With some celebrations for the days effort they then got up on Sunday and went through the finals, taking down the Central U21 team in the big match.
